Suite à un contrôle d’hygiène, un restaurant a été alerté sur l’encrassement avancé de ses hottes et conduits d’extraction, avec un risque élevé d’incendie et une non-conformité vis-à-vis des normes HACCP. BATISANTÉ est intervenu en 48h pour un nettoyage complet des hottes, conduits et ventilateurs, ainsi que pour le dégraissage manuel des filtres et le contrôle du moteur d’extraction. L’opération a été réalisée en horaires décalés afin de ne pas perturber l’activité de la cuisine.
